- audio recordings of sessions, only with the client’s explicit consent
No information is collected that is unrelated to communication support.

- conducting communication diagnostics
- analysing communication patterns and needs
- designing targeted lessons or programs
- providing accurate, relevant feedback and support
Information is not used for marketing, training others, research, or publication unless explicit written consent has been given.
Recording of Sessions
With the client’s consent, diagnostic or coaching conversations may be recorded. Recordings are used only to:
- allow accurate analysis of communication patterns
- support reflective review by the practitioner
Recordings are:
- kept private and confidential
- not shared with any third parties
- not used for promotional or training purposes
- deleted once analysis is complete or no longer required
Clients may decline recording at any time with no impact on the service provided.
Storage and Security
All personal information is stored securely using appropriate digital safeguards. Access is restricted to the practitioner and, where applicable, trusted associates directly involved in service delivery and bound by the same confidentiality expectations.
Reasonable steps are taken to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Sharing of Information
Personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
Information may only be shared if:
- required by law, or
- explicitly authorised by the client in writing
Work samples and communication artefacts are treated as confidential at all times.
Client Rights
Clients have the right to:
- ask what information is held about them
- request corrections to their information
- request deletion of their information when appropriate
- ask questions about how their information is used
Requests can be made at any time by contacting the practitioner directly.
Changes to This Statement
This privacy statement may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in practice or legal requirements. The most current version will always be made available.
